How long does my order take?
Everything is handmade to order in the UK. Please allow 7 to 10 business days before dispatch. You will get an email with tracking once it ships.
How does personalisation work?
Choose your options on the product, and leave the name exactly as you would like it. For Arabic, there are often several spellings, so if you have a preferred one please include it.
What is your returns policy?
As pieces are custom made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. If something is wrong, email hi@bytahmid.com and we will put it right.
